On 19 December 2022, the delegation from the NSZL delivered drawing sheets, colouring books, felt-tipped pens collected by the staff of the Library, moreover the storybook Ribizli at the End of the World published by the library and other books in Hungarian.  
On the occasion of the 220th anniversary of its foundation, the National Széchényi Library received congratulations and greetings from many of its European partners.  
The exhibition aims to present the complexity of the more than ten million documents in the collection, representing the entirety of the written, printed, audiovisual and electronic Hungarian cultural heritage.

In 2022, the Bibframe international workshop will be held in partnership between the NSZL and the Italian Casalini Libri on 20-21 September in Budapest, in a hybrid format (in person and online) in English.

Operating in the National Library of Foreign Literature, the machine allows fast self-service even during the library's opening hours, but its real advantage is the implementation of a lending service independent of the building's opening hours: for the first time in Budapest, readers can use it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
