Between 2nd and 6th July 2025 China hosted the professional meeting named International Forum of Library Directors, which was also attended by Dávid Rózsa, Director General of the Hungarian National Library.
On 29th July 2025 a delegation from the International Library and Information Science Society (I-LISS) paid an official visit to our library to explore opportunities for future cooperation.
On 17th June the official delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hungary visited the MNMKK OSZK (National Széchényi Library), where they discussed opportunities for cultural and scientific cooperation with the Hungarian side.
The MNMKK National Széchényi Library welcomed a delegation of South Korean civil servants on 18th June. During a rich and friendly professional program, the guests had the opportunity to learn about the work of the national library of Hungary.
On 2nd June 2025 the management of the Hungarian National Library visited the Austrian National Library (Österreichische Nationalbibliothek, ÖNB) on a professional trip.
On 19th May 2025 Kosovo's Ambassador to Hungary, Delfin Pllana paid an official visit to the National Library to discuss the possibilities of cultural cooperation.
On 22nd of May 2025 Edgard Pérez Alván, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Peru to Hungary, visited the national library once again to discuss opportunities for deepening bilateral cultural relations.
On 15th April 2025 a delegation from the China National Publications Corporation paid an official visit to the National Library of Foreign Literature (OIK), which is maintained by the MNMKK National Széchényi Library.
