Hereby we would like to inform you that, due to film shooting, the entire territory of Lion Court and the Main Entrance of our Library will be closed between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Thursday August 31, 2017.
Readers can enter the building at the Staff Entrance during the opening hours of National Széchényi Library.
Film shooting will affect the entire territory of Lion Court, the Main Entrance of NSZL, the Ceremonial Hall and its balcony. During the day of film shooting, Lion Gate will also be closed down by the crew on one occasion, for approximately 30 minutes.
Our Readers and Visitors may come across occasional construction work carried out by film crew in Lion Court one day before film shooting (on Wednesday August 30), and one day after it (on Friday September1). However, that will not affect the opening hours or accessibility of National Széchényi Library.
