Representatives of the Chinese publishing company discussed future cooperation opportunities at the National Széchényi Library.

On 14th October 2025 an official delegation from Tianjin Media and Publishing Company visited the MNMKK National Széchényi Library to explore potential avenues for future professional collaboration. The guests were welcomed by Judit Gerencsér, Deputy Director General of the library, at the Buda Castle location of NSZL.
Representing Tianjin Publishing and Media Group Co. Ltd. were CEO Su Jia, Liu Ziyuan, Director of the Publishing Department, and Li Xin, Deputy CEO of Tianjin Newspaper and Periodical Publishing Co. Ltd taking part at the discussion. Also present were Liu Jinquan, CEO of Tianjin People’s Publishing House Co. Ltd., Fang Yan, Editor-in-Chief of Tianjin Science and Technology Press Co. Ltd., Wang Haiyan, Deputy Director of the Editorial Department at Tianjin Ancient Books Publishing Company, Vang Lu, Director of the Board Office at Prudence Interactive Tianjin Technology Co. Ltd., and Zhang Zhe, head of the delegation.

The visit included a focused professional meeting, during which Judit Gerencsér gave an English-language presentation outlining the library’s multifaceted activities, current development projects, and strategic objectives. Her presentation highlighted the importance of strengthening international relations, the role of innovative solutions, and the expansion of domestic and international scientific collaborations.
The meeting took place in a friendly, open, and constructive atmosphere. Both sides expressed their intention to deepen cooperation in the future through concrete professional projects. The guests expressed their gratitude for the warm reception and emphasized that the professional dialogue initiated during this visit could lay the groundwork for a long-term, fruitful relationship.
